For 28 days, live and work alongside seven other solopreneurs. Step away from the daily noise, make the decisions you’ve been avoiding, and start executing what you’re building
Countdown Ended
You open your laptop knowing what needs to get done, then start second-guessing it: the sales call, the post, the message you keep rewriting. One doubt turns into ten tabs, and suddenly the day is gone.
Building alone can feel isolating. You don’t need someone managing your day. You need people who understand this stage, keep you accountable, challenge your thinking, and help you act, while still giving you space to switch off and enjoy the people around you.

You’re already building or selling something of your own and want to move it forward.
You want more structure, accountability, and people around you who understand this stage.
You value focused work, but also want time to switch off, explore, and enjoy where you are.
You’re seeking balance, movement, good food, and a healthier rhythm built into your days.
You’re excited to live, work, and spend time with a small group you can learn from and genuinely enjoy being around.
Those seeking either an intense bootcamp or an unstructured coliving stay.
People uninterested in feedback, accountability, or group participation.
Remote employees focused only on their day job.
People without something active to work on.
Vacation-first or party-first travelers.
You arrive with one clear goal for the 28 days: something you want to launch, finish, test, decide, or finally stop putting off.
The days give you enough structure to stay focused and follow through, without turning your life into one long productivity schedule. You know where to begin, have people around when you need support, and still have time to enjoy where you are.
Grab a coffee by the pool, go for a swim, meditate, or head to the gym for a workout. The first part of the morning is yours to spend however you like.
Then come back to a delicious, healthy breakfast prepared by the team, sit down together, and ease into the day before the work begins.

Each weekday, we gather for a short Clarity Circle and share what we’re working on, what needs to move forward, and where our attention should go first.
You might have sales calls to make, a post to publish, and a website to update. Instead of jumping between all three, you choose the one task that deserves your attention most and commit to starting there.
You leave the circle knowing exactly what you’re doing next, with a group that knows what you said you’d get done.

After the Clarity Circle, we gather in the coworking area, take our seats around the shared table, open our laptops, and get to work.
Around you, people are writing offers, making sales calls, solving problems, and working through decisions of their own.
You work on your own business, at your own pace, but with the energy of everyone around the table making it easier to stay focused on what you said you’d get done.

After lunch, the day becomes more flexible.
Stay around the table, find a quieter corner, work outside, take a call, go for a swim, or step away for a while before returning with a fresher head.
You still decide how to spend your time. The difference is that you begin the day with direction, rather than losing half of it deciding where to start.

Later, we come back together and talk about how the day went.
Sometimes it is a short conversation at the villa. Other days, it might happen at the beach while the sun goes down and nobody feels much pressure to leave.
You can share what you completed, where you got stuck, or what you want to approach differently tomorrow. You finish the working day feeling supported and clear on what comes next, rather than taking every unfinished thought into the evening with you.

Building your own business can make it difficult to know when to stop. There’s always another message to send, another idea to look into, or one more thing you could finish.
At some point, you log off and unwind. Catch the sunset, go out for dinner or cook something together, head out for a drink, or stay in and relax with a movie at the villa.
The goal is not to squeeze more work out of every day. It is to create a rhythm you can sustain, where focus does not come at the expense of your energy, health, or enjoyment of life.

Weekends are open.
On weekends, we’ll head to the beach, hike somewhere new, explore the island, check out a great spot for dinner or a night out, or slow it all the way down with an unhurried afternoon at the villa.
No Clarity Circle. No planned workday. Just space to enjoy Koh Samui with people who, by that point, no longer feel like strangers.

Here's everything that's included
You bring your own business. The month is built to help you move it forward with people around the work, clearer direction, and enough space to enjoy where you are.
You’re not just sharing a villa. You’re around people who know what you’re working on, hear what you’re trying to move forward, and can give feedback, challenge your thinking, or share how they’re approaching similar problems.
Use the month to get clear on what needs to happen next and start acting on it while you’re there. You leave with a 90-day direction that’s already in motion, rather than another plan waiting for you at home.
The month isn’t built around working all day. Yoga, sauna, ice bath, a sound session, shared meals and time together give you a rhythm where work has a place, but doesn’t take over the whole experience.
For the following 90 days, the group meets once a week on Zoom to share what moved, what got stuck, and what each person is working on next. For the first TCH group, this is included.
The villa has 2 shared rooms and 3 suites

Your 28 days include villa accommodation, shared workspaces with fast Wi-Fi,daily shared breakfasts, and access to a small curated group of solo founders.
It also covers weekday clarity circles, focused co-working, peer support andaccountability, skill shares & round tables, and selected wellness sessions likeweekly yoga, two sauna and ice bath sessions, and one sound healing session.
For the founding cohort, it also includes 90 days of follow-on support throughweekly online calls to help you keep moving after the house.
It’s flexible but not passive. It’s not a bootcamp or a packed program. There is arhythm, weekday circles, co-working, and some skill-share sessions, but you’renot forced into everything.
At the same time, this is for people who want to show up and be part of thegroup. The value comes from participating, sharing what you’re working on andengaging with others, but with plenty of space to work on your own.
So, no, you don’t have to join everything. But it’s designed for people who dowant to take part.
The group is for people who are building their own business, freelance orproduct, who are past the idea stage and already working on something.
There’s no specific revenue or funding requirement. The average age is around30, and most participants are either working remotely from home or alreadyliving a nomadic lifestyle.
We do a short application and introductory call to understand what each personis working on and what they want to focus on, and to make sure the groupdynamic is a good fit.
The aim is to bring together a compatible group of founders from differentindustries and businesses, who can focus on their own work while alsosupporting each other, staying accountable, and exploring potentialcollaborations along the way.
You should be past the pure idea stage. You don’t need clients or revenue yet,but you should be actively working on something concrete, a service, aproduct, an MVP, early client work, something in that ballpark.
The point is to have something real that you can move forward during the 28days.
You’ll have a shared co-working area in the main common space with two largetables where the group typically kicks off the work day. Each private room alsohas a desk and chair if you need quiet time or a private call.
And you’re welcome to work from other common areas around the villa, like theliving room or by the pool.
The villa has fast Wi-Fi and is set up for remote work. For important calls, yourroom will usually be the best option.
The villa has bright, spacious rooms with natural light. Some rooms are closerto the pool and face the sea, while others look out over the surroundinggreenery.
Private rooms include their own bathroom, not shared with other guests, as wellas a desk and chair for private work or calls. Shared rooms have their ownbathroom inside the room for the guests sharing that room.
There is also a common toilet on the ground floor.
After you apply, your application will be reviewed within the next business day.
We’ll then set up a short introductory call to talk through what you’re workingon and whether this is the right fit.
No payment is required before that call. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, you’ll receive the next steps, including room options and payment details.
A deposit is only required at that stage to confirm your place, with theremaining balance due closer to arrival or on arrival, as specified in the detailsprovided to you.
Travel to and from the villa, airport transfers, lunches, dinners, and personalexpenses aren’t included.
You’ll also need your own travel insurance, and we ask you to confirm coveragebefore arrival. Everything else that’s listed under what’s included is covered.
After you’re accepted, a €450 deposit secures your spot. The remainingbalance is due before the experience begins on a date you’ll receive in yourbooking details.
Because places are limited, the deposit is non-refundable once your place isconfirmed. Full terms are shared up front. In the unlikely event that theexperience cannot run due to force majeure or any other circumstances beyondour control, all payments made, including the deposit and any remainingbalance already paid, will of course be fully refunded.
Yes, you can come with a friend or partner, as long as both people are joiningthe experience. Everyone staying at the villa should be actively building theirown business or working on a project they want to move forward.
If you’re sharing a private room as partners, the second person receives a 20%discount.The idea is that everyone in the house is part of the experience.
Arrive with a business you're stuck on.
Leave with one clear priority, concrete progress, and a 90-day plan already in motion.
